Weekly Workouts

Looking for a workout? You're in the right place. Every week, we’ll post six new workouts HERE. These aren’t just any workouts – they are some of the best ones we’ve tried over the years. Most are personally programmed by me, while others come from various sources and fellow fitness enthusiasts. Whenever possible, I’ll give credit to the original creators. I’m not claiming all these workouts as my own, but I promise they are effective.

What to Expect

Our workouts are random in the best way. They don't follow a strict program or cycle, offering a mix of:

  • CrossFit

  • Endurance

  • Bodybuilding

  • Kettlebell

  • Strongman Odd Object exercises

Most routines are perfect for a garage gym setup. Some require no equipment, while others might need a bit more gear. Expect fewer Olympic weightlifting barbell movements and more versatile exercises.

Important Terms for Non-CrossFitters

  • AMRAP: "As Many Rounds As Possible." Example: In a 15-minute AMRAP, you’ll cycle through as many rounds of the workout as possible within 15 minutes. This is a time-based workout.

  • FOR TIME: Complete the workout as quickly as possible. This is a task-based workout.

  • DB: Dumbbell

  • KB: Kettlebell

  • (95/65): The recommended weight for men (95 lbs) and women (65 lbs). This may vary.
